Thanks to our great logistics team we can send orders to everyone in an estimated time of 1-3 weeks and according to the location (According to the demand of the product).
Due to the extreme demand of our products we are proceeding somewhat slow and the shipping time can be extended a few more days to receive it on your doorstep... so ask for yours when before!
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Ordering processing may be delayed. By receiving a lot of purchases on the web. Don't be alarmed, all orders are fully insured and will be shipped as soon as possible.
We use the fastest and most reliable couriers to send our items (USPS, FedEx, DHL). International Shipping Times also range from 1-4 weeks. Most customers receive their order in 5-20 business days.
You can also follow your package with the number we will send you after a maximum of 7 days. If you did not receive your tracking number or have no updates on our order page after 7 business days, contact us immediately and we'll locate your order.

We will gladly accept refunds if your order is different or damaged within 14 days from the date of the order for a refund or store credit for all qualifying orders.
Items should be unused, labeled and in their original packaging.
Grillz are not reimbursable for sanitary reasons.
Custom pendants are non-refundable.
